Pink Moth is the Toronto based project of singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ray Cammaert. Their latest full-length, Eclipsed, was written mostly during a month-long stay in a Berlin flat after a european tour. The songs document a failed relationship, it’s subsequent fallout, and the joy and loneliness of life on the road.

Recording began in Toronto the following winter at Cammaert’s Tinshop studio and the album was mixed by noted producer and frequent collaborator Andy Magoffin (Great Lake Swimmers, Constantines, Jim Guthrie). The result is polished, concise, and wonderfully displays emotional rawness and an expansive exploratory nature.

From 2010 to 2012, Pink Moth embarked on a 7 Ep series which saw the release of 37 songs. Many were recorded in a church in the Junction neighborhood of Toronto.

Pink Moth’s debut full-length, 2009’s The Wild, received glowing reviews and charted in the top ten at many Canadian college radio stations.
